Industrial supplies and technical service
We supply businesses with strapping and packaging consumables and strapping machinery, and keep strapping equipment running with installation, maintenance, repair and remote support. International deliveries are quoted case by case.
Supply
Everything needed to secure loads with strap: the strap itself, its closures, protectors and dispensers, and the tools and machines that apply it.
Strap and accessories for manual strapping and for strapping machines.
Equipment that tensions, seals and cuts the strap, from hand tools to machines for packing lines.
Colors, printing, sizes and machine models are confirmed in each written quotation. The information on this page is indicative.
Technical service
Installation and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repair with spare parts, and remote support for strapping tools and machines.
We set up new strapping machines, adjust them to your strap and loads, and check that they run correctly before handover.
Planned inspections and adjustments of strapping tools and machines, with worn parts identified and replaced.
Diagnosis and repair of strapping tools and machines, and spare parts for the machinery we supply.
Help with setup, adjustment and troubleshooting without a visit, using the details, photos and videos you send us.
We confirm the scope, method and terms of each job in its quotation before any work starts.
How we work
The same steps apply to every request, for consumables, machinery or technical service.
Send us, with the contact form, the product or service, the quantities, the delivery term and named place, and the date you need it.
We confirm specifications, quantities and compatibility with your strap, tools and machines, and ask for anything missing.
After export-control and sanctions screening, you receive a written quotation with prices, lead time, delivery term and payment terms.
We confirm your order in writing and, after a final screening, dispatch it with its commercial and transport documents.
After delivery, we answer questions about the goods and arrange spare parts, repairs and technical support.
Compliance
Commitments that apply to every quotation and order. The compliance page sets out each one in full.
Before we quote, and again before we ship goods or provide a service, we screen the parties involved, the destination and the end use against the export-control and sanctions rules that apply.
We do not offer, promise, give, request or accept bribes or any other improper advantage, directly or through others, and we make no facilitation payments.
We compete on the merits, respect human rights and labor standards in our supply chain, work safely on customer sites and describe our products accurately.
We process the personal data you send us under the GDPR. This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics.
FAQ
If your question is not here, send us a message with the contact form and we will answer it.
We sell to businesses and professionals. Send your company and country, the product or service, the quantities, the delivery term and named place, and the date you need it. For strapping, add the material and width and the tool or machine it runs on; for technical service, the make and model of the machine.
We quote international deliveries case by case. Every quotation and shipment is subject to export-control and sanctions screening, and the quotation sets out the delivery term.
Each quotation states the prices, the lead time, the payment terms, the delivery term and named place, and how long the quotation is valid.
Send us the make and model of the machine and a short description of the job. We confirm whether we can take it on before we quote.
We use the details you send to answer your request, prepare the quotation, perform any order and run the export-control and sanctions checks the law requires. We send no marketing, and this website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics.
